Company Statement - COVID-19

In line with Government guidelines, CVC Direct would like to reassure it’s customers and suppliers that we take our responsibilities very seriously in protecting our staff and customers

We monitor Government advice regularly and take all the appropriate measures to implement safe working practices.

We work remotely where possible thus avoiding unnecessary contact with others and have introduced social distancing policies in the warehouse and offices that allow us to provide technical support to customers whilst minimising risk to staff. Regular handing washing is the norm.

We are able to provide the normal service via email and by telephone during working hours. We are still receiving emailed plans for quotations and advice as per normal. We can arrange video calls if that should prove beneficial to resolving a problem. Send your inquiries to your normal contact or to if you are unsure to whom you should send it.

We carry stocks of most items and our supply chains are robust enough to enable us to supply the goods required, mostly as normal although occasionally an order may take a day or two longer to fulfil.

We can supply goods by our normal distribution network but are not allowing visitors. Goods can be collected by prior arrangement as these can be left outside the warehouse at a prearranged time.

In the meantime stay safe and stay at home if you can.
